PROCESSING TIME

Once your order is placed, please allow between 3 to 4 days for our team to process and prepare your product for shipment. During this time, we ensure that your item is carefully packaged and ready to be dispatched from our warehouse.

 

 

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

We currently offer shipping services exclusively within the United States (Contiguous United States). Unfortunately, we do not ship products outside of the country at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.Please not that we do not deliver to Alaska and Hawaii. 

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Once your product has left our warehouse, the estimated delivery time within the United States is generally under 10 days. 

 

This includes a processing time of 3 to 4 days and a delivery time of 4 to 6 days. 

 

Delivery time for custom orders is usually 6 weeks. This timeline includes product manufacturing and delivery. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances that may affect the shipping carrier's operations.

 

TRACKING INFORMATION

To keep you updated on the status of your order, we will provide you with a tracking number via email as soon as your product leaves our warehouse. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the expected delivery date.

MULTIPLE ITEMS ORDER

If your order includes multiple items, please be aware that they may be shipped separately due to availability or size restrictions. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

We are delighted to offer free shipping for all orders within the Contiguous United States. There are no additional shipping costs or hidden fees. Enjoy the convenience of having your order delivered to your doorstep without any extra charges.
